The steep granite slopes of Mt. Pisgah and Mt. Hor gently nestle White Caps Campground, one of the best camping experiences in Vermont. It is here on the shores of Lake Willoughby, a remote glacier lake with depths of over 300', that you will find opportunities for boating, windsurfing, scuba diving, fishing, swimming, canoeing and perhaps even spotting a moose.
