Spring

It's Spring in the Northeast Kingdom!

To be sure, The Northeast Kingdom is famous for long winters and deep, deep snow.  That makes for some great spring skiing as well as a lot of high water for boaters.  The first thaw also starts the sap running from Vermont's legendary Sugar Maples.  Sugaring is a hard job, but the teamwork and companionship helpers feel always make it a rewarding experience.  And when the snow finally does melt, Vermonters are out savoring the sight of dead grass and bare earth, preparing for a summer full of healthy fun
